Position Title: Private Client Group Practice Lead
Classification: Exempt
Hours: Full Time (40 hours/week)
Reports To: CEO
Location: Salt Lake Office
Compensation: $80,000 to $105,000 with benefits

Position Summary
Private Client Group Lead is a member of the Management team and reports directly to the CEO. The Private Client Group Lead is a leader with responsibilities for the top-line growth of the division in addition to building a block of business through individual efforts. This is a strategic leadership role that will include the following:

Position Summary
Private Client Group Lead is a member of the Management team and reports directly to the CEO. The Private Client Group Lead is a leader with responsibilities for the top-line growth of the division in addition to building a block of business through individual efforts. This is a strategic leadership role that will include the following:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Structuring and executing a marketing plan designed to drive personal lines opportunities to the firm
- Expected to sell and service new and existing businesses
- Annual reviews, round out monoline accounts and maintain a current book of business
- Oversee new business issuing and delegating to Accounting Manager
- Continually improving the customer experience
- Creating and implementing cross-sell opportunities with the firm’s current client base
- Maximizing carrier relationships to serve our clients and our firm best
- Works with Carriers to obtain the most favorable options for pricing, process, service and quality
- Plan sales campaigns with carriers and prospects to increase sales
- Partner with team lead to develop, train, and mentor account management staff
- Keeps track of new products, changes in rating and services available for all regions.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Graduate Degree or equivalent preferred.
- Previous agency owner or management experience preferred
- 10+ years of Insurance and relevant job experience is preferred with similar essential duties
- AINS, PLIC, CPCU, CPRIA Certification (high-net focus), API
- Active Utah Property & Casualty license required/ Life & Health preferred
