  • Shadowing brokers and client service managers to see how they prepare for meetings, analyze risk, and support clients across industries.
  • Working on live projects—from reviewing client data to helping draft proposals or outreach materials that support business development.
  • Joining strategy conversations where you’ll hear how teams think through challenges, evaluate financial impacts, and craft solutions for clients.
  • Meeting industry partners during special sessions designed to give you a behind‑the‑scenes look at how carriers, underwriters, and other experts shape the insurance ecosystem.
